Sammy McNamee - Founder of Oak Pilates.

Sammy has over 16 years of experience in her industry. 
After reaping the benefit of Pilates firsthand in helping with chronic pain, she decided to do her first qualification in the USA. Sammy is passionate about helping her clients achieve their goals and will never fail in continuing to make sure that there is always another goal in line to achieve through your Pilates practice, and will never stop trying to get you sweaty on the mat.

Why retreats? As an ocean lover and adventure seeker, Sammy was keen to combine her sense of fun and adventure with Pilates. The result? A getaway that encourages participants to make the most out of life, allowing them to walk away having made time for themselves, with lasting benefits for everyday life.
